PRO TIP #1 – APPLYING DRY RUB
This is very important because the meat or vegetables should have a uniform taste. Applying our dry rub requires a skill of its own!
- Firstly, you will have to remove the excess moisture from the meat using a paper towel.
- Sprinkle the dry rub all over the meat. Use your hands to rub the gourmet seasoning mixture all over the meat pieces evenly.
- For larger cuts of meat make some incisions on the meat and use your fingers to apply the gourmet seasoning into the meat. This will make sure the spices and flavour will enter the inner portions of the meat as well.
If you want your dishes to have the ideal spice and flavour, you will need to leave the spice mixture for at least 30 minutes before you cook them. The more time you keep the gourmet seasoning on the meat, the better the dish will taste. However, if you plan to keep the gourmet seasoning on for a long time, make sure you refrigerate it.
PRO TIP #2 – SEASONING AFTER COOKING
Using our Rubs as Seasonings for meats and vegetables after they have been cooked is ideal for adding that extra punch of flavour.
